Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces Slider buns Soft, fluffy slider buns or Hawaiian rolls.
  • 1 pound Turkey breast Deli or roasted turkey, sliced thin.
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese Sliced; can substitute with provolone or cheddar.

For the Butter Mixture

  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted, melted.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For aromatic flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard Can be substituted with yellow or whole grain mustard.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and adjust oven rack to the center.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Layer turkey slices evenly over the bottom halves of the buns, followed by the Swiss cheese.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the assembled buns.
  • Place the top halves of the buns back on and cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.

Serving

  • Remove from oven and serve warm immediately, optionally garnishing with fresh herbs.

Notes

These sliders can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven for best results.
