  • 1/4 cup granola Pick your favorite granola or make your own.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts Almonds or cashews add texture and healthy fats.

Preparation

  • Peel the ripe mangoes and cut them into small cubes.
  • In a clear glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt as your base.
  • Sprinkle half of the diced mangoes over the yogurt layer.
  • Add a light drizzle of honey over the mango layer.
  • Sprinkle half of the granola and chopped nuts over the honey-drizzled mangoes.
  • Layer the remaining Greek yogurt, mangoes, honey, and top with the remaining granola and nuts.
  • Top your parfait with chia seeds and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Serve immediately after preparing to maintain the texture of the granola. You can create a parfait bar at parties where guests can customize their layers.
