  • 1/3 cup Spicy mayo Mix sriracha with mayo for extra kick.
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced Choose ripe Hass or Fuerte avocados.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • 1/2 cup Crispy salmon skin For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
  • Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions, then let it cool slightly.
  • Cut nori sheets into squares, roughly 4x4 inches, and line the muffin tin with these squares.
  • Add a scoop of sushi rice into each nori cup and place a cube of fresh salmon on top.

Cooking

  • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the bites cool for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Drizzle each bite with spicy mayo, add avocado slices, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and top with crispy salmon skin.
  • Serve warm on a platter and enjoy!

Notes
