Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 pie crust 1 pie crust Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup 1 cup chocolate chips Use milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate
  • 1 cup 1 cup mini marshmallows Reserve some for topping
  • 1 cup 1 cup chopped nuts Pecans or walnuts, or substitute with almonds or sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free version
  • 1 cup 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Can substitute with coconut cream for vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pre-bake the pie crust for about 10 minutes to keep it from becoming soggy.

Mixing

  • In a bowl, mix the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and crushed Oreo cookies.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the condensed milk mixture over the sweet treat mixture and stir until well combined.

Baking

  • Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
