  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust for heat preference.
  • Fresh parsley for garnishing Optional.

Preparation

  • Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces for quick cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peach preserves, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced kielbasa. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
  • Pour the peach mixture over the browned kielbasa. Stir well to coat, and allow it to simmer for about 5 more minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes
