Instructions
Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, stir together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, and kosher salt.
Prepare the Potatoes
Place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
Arrange the Chicken
Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker.
Pour the Sauce
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Optional Glaze
Transfer the cooking liquid to a saucepan, simmer, and whisk in the cornstarch slurry.
Brush with Glaze
Use a brush to apply the thickened glaze over the chicken.
Garnish and Serve
