Preparation

  • Lay a thin layer of smoked salmon flat on your work surface to form the base.
  • Spread a thin layer of whipped cream cheese over the entire salmon layer.
  • Slice the avocado and cucumber into thin strips and place on top of the cream cheese.
  • Carefully roll the salmon tightly from one end to the other.
  • Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Serve on a platter, drizzling with soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
