  • 12 ounces CandiQuik Vanilla Chocolate or White Chocolate Melting Wafers This type of chocolate is specifically designed for melting.
  • 1 bag Pretzels Use traditional pretzels or pretzel rods.
  • 1 cup Red and Blue Sprinkles For decorating the pretzels.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: CandiQuik melting wafers, pretzels, and sprinkles.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Break up the CandiQuik or white chocolate wafers into smaller pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave the chocolate on medium heat for 30 seconds, stirring gently afterward.
  • Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Dipping and Decoration

  • Using a fork or dipping tool, dip the pretzel into the melted chocolate until fully covered.
  • Tap the pretzel against the edge of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
  • Immediately place the dipped pretzel on the lined baking sheet and sprinkle with red and blue sprinkles.

Finishing

  • Allow the decorated pretzels to sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, typically about 30 minutes.
  • Alternatively, place them in the refrigerator to speed up the hardening process.
  • Enjoy the pretzels right away or package them for later.

Notes

Store pretzels in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to one to two weeks. They can also be refrigerated or frozen for longer storage.
