If using canned, drain and rinse.

Let sit for a few minutes after mincing.

Instructions
Preparation of the Butter Beans
If using canned butter beans, drain them and rinse under cold water.
If using cooked beans, ensure they are cooled.
Make the Marinade
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine Beans with Marinade
Carefully add the prepared butter beans to the bowl and gently toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
Add Fresh Herbs
Sprinkle in your choice of fresh herbs and mix to incorporate.
Marinate
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve
Serve as a side dish, or incorporate into salads.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For best results, let the beans marinate for a few hours or overnight.
