  • 4 slices crispy bacon For a healthier option, turkey bacon can be used.
  • 1 head lettuce, torn into pieces Use crisp varieties for the best crunch.
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced Adds freshness and color.

  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking Can substitute with coconut oil or avocado oil.

Instructions

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from heat, place on paper towels, and crumble once cool. Save the bacon drippings for flavoring the beef.
  • In the same skillet, add the grass-fed beef. Season with salt and pepper, cooking over medium heat until fully browned and no longer pink. Avoid overcrowding the skillet.
  • In serving bowls, layer with the torn lettuce. Add a portion of cooked beef, followed by crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and diced red onion.
  • Serve your bowls with baked sweet potato fries on the side for extra crunch.
  • For added flavor, drizzle with a touch of olive oil or a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Cooked beef and sweet potato fries can be frozen.
