  • 3 pieces ripe bananas The star ingredient! Ripe bananas deliver sweetness and moisture.
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup Can be replaced with sugar-free sweeteners.
  • 3 large eggs Ensure they are at room temperature for best results.

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar-free almond flour Low-carb alternative to regular flour.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder Leavening agent for rising.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Helps in rising.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor to the bread.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas and mix in the maple syrup and eggs until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before slicing and serve as a delicious low-calorie snack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or refrigerate for longer freshness. For freezing, wrap tightly and store in a freezer bag.
