Honey Garlic Sauce Ingredients

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures even cooking and a nice golden color.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Prepare the honey garlic sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a saucepan. Heat over medium until it simmers.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Once cooked, toss the meatballs in the honey garlic sauce to coat.
  • Serve in a dish and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

These meatballs are meal prep-friendly and can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. They can also be frozen. For best reheating, use an oven.
