  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce For heat; can use sriracha as an alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced Fresh ginger elevates the dish.

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For cooking, ensures chicken gets a nice sear.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  • Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it soak in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • In a pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Reheat in a pan over medium heat or in the microwave.
