Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each piece into a bagel shape.
  • Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before adding toppings.
