Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Can substitute with low-fat or dairy-free cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Regular yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (optional) Can be omitted.
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for crust)
  • to taste pieces Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to mix until smooth and creamy.
  • If using protein powder, fold it into the mixture gently until well combined.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper, then press the crushed graham crackers into the bottom to form a crust.
  • Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread it evenly using a spatula.
  • Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces and garnish with fresh strawberries.

Notes

These bites are perfect for meal prep; keep them in the fridge for quick snacks. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
