  • 1 batch Gluten-free pizza dough Use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Extra virgin adds great flavor.

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Store-bought or homemade with canned tomatoes, garlic, and herbs.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Fresh mozzarella is best, but any cheese works.
  • to taste Your choice of toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, olives) Customize as you like!

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough into small, bite-sized rounds.
  • Place the dough rounds on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
  • Spread a small amount of pizza sauce over each dough round.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Add your favorite toppings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
