  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Use unsalted for better control of saltiness.
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic Fresh garlic elevates the dish.
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley Plus extra for garnish.
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Preheating ensures even cooking.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the cubed steak with vegetable oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Keep an eye on the steak bites; they should be browned on the outside and tender inside.

Sauce Preparation

  • While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Stir in the parsley and additional black pepper.

Combine and Serve

  • Once the steak is cooked, combine the bites with the garlic butter sauce in the saucepan. Toss well to coat.
  • Garnish with extra parsley before serving.
