Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Preheating ensures even cooking.
In a medium bowl, toss the cubed steak with vegetable oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Cooking
Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Keep an eye on the steak bites; they should be browned on the outside and tender inside.
Sauce Preparation
While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Stir in the parsley and additional black pepper.
Combine and Serve
Once the steak is cooked, combine the bites with the garlic butter sauce in the saucepan. Toss well to coat.
Garnish with extra parsley before serving.
