  • 2 tablespoons Butter Unsalted is recommended; can substitute with olive oil for a dairy-free option.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh minced garlic is best for flavor.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) Freshly grated for a richer flavor; can substitute with Pecorino Romano.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for at least 10-15 minutes.
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, aiming for about 8 wedges per potato.
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese until combined.
  • Toss the potato wedges in the butter mixture until well coated.
  • Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer without overlapping.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot.
