  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef You can use deli roast beef or leftover roast beef.
  • 12 slider rolls Hawaiian or potato rolls Hawaiian rolls add a sweet touch; avoid crusty bread.
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth Heat with additional seasonings for enhanced flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese Substitute with cheddar for a tangier flavor.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adjust to taste.
  • to taste salt and pepper Add as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the slider rolls in a baking dish, keeping the tops and bottoms together.
  • Add half of the shredded cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Pile on the thinly sliced roast beef over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the beef.
  • Layer the remaining cheese on top of the beef.
  • In a saucepan, heat the beef broth until it simmers.

Baking

  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve the sliders hot with warm au jus for dipping.

Notes

Serve with iced tea or lemonade. Perfect for casual gatherings or weeknight dinners. Assemble sliders in advance and refrigerate before baking.
