Yogurt Base

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use full-fat or low-fat for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust for sweetness, can substitute with maple syrup for vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Strawberry Mixture

  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries Ripe and juicy; can substitute with thawed frozen strawberries.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.

Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup Whipped cream For folding and topping.
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar Optional; for additional sweetness.

Garnish

  • 4 leaves Mint leaves For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix gently until smooth to create a creamy base.
  • Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and chop them into small pieces. In a separate bowl, mix the strawberries with lemon juice and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until light and fluffy.
  • Add the strawberry mixture to the yogurt base, folding it carefully until combined.
  • Spoon the combined mixture into serving cups. Top with extra whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For variation, mix in different berries or flavors according to your preference.
