Instructions
Preparation
In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Mix well.
In a bowl, mix the Biscuit Mix and milk until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Drop spoonfuls of the Biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
Cooking
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Before serving, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
