Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine beef strips, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  • Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large frying pan, heat the butter or oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, but don’t burn it.
  • Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar or honey into the pan. Stir well to combine everything, letting it cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix thoroughly to coat the noodles in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for a fresh finish. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
