Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Base for the clusters; can be substituted with non-dairy yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional sweetener to adjust flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for added flavor.

Main Ingredient

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Ensure strawberries are fresh for the best flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by washing and hulling your strawberries, then slice them into small pieces. This will help them freeze better and mix effortlessly with the yogurt.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
  • Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the yogurt mixture until evenly coated. Avoid overmixing to keep the strawberries intact.

Freezing

  • Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave a little space between each cluster to allow for easy removal after freezing.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 2 hours or until they are firm.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but clusters can stay in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer. Ensure to use fresh strawberries for optimal flavor.
