Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken cutlets You can use chicken breast or thighs.
  • 1 tsp kosher salt For seasoning.
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs eggs (whisked with water) For the egg wash.
  • 1.5 cups seasoned breadcrumbs You can create your own from plain breadcrumbs.
  • 1.5 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
  • Season Chicken Cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  • Prepare flour, egg wash, and breadcrumb mixture in separate bowls.
  • Bread chicken cutlets by dredging in flour, dipping in egg wash, then coating with breadcrumbs.
  • Spray cutlets lightly with oil and arrange in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap individually and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
