Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and minced garlic.
  • Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Add salt and pepper to your preference and mix well.
  • Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
  • Serve with an assortment of vegetables or crackers.

Notes

Chill the dip for about 30 minutes in the fridge before serving for the best flavor. Can be made a day in advance.
