Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the seared chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Once out of the oven, garnish your dish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

To maintain the quality of your leftovers, refrigerate for up to 3 days in an airtight container, or freeze for up to 3 months. The best way to reheat is in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
