Ingredients
  

For the Bites

  • 1 can crescent roll dough This provides a buttery and flaky pastry.
  • 8 oz brie cheese Use room temperature for easier cutting.
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce Store-bought or homemade; try spicy varieties for a twist.
  • as needed sprigs fresh rosemary For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and cut it into 3-inch by 3-inch squares.
  • Place the dough squares into a greased muffin tin, pressing them gently into the bottom and sides.
  • Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place one piece in each crescent square.
  • Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce on top of each piece of brie.

Baking

  • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary before serving.

Notes

Serve warm on a decorative platter. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
