Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • Optional seasonings:
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • This recipe is naturally high in protein and low in carbs.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If using an air fryer, set it to 375°F (190°C).
  • Drain excess moisture from the cottage cheese using a paper towel. This step is key to achieving a crispy texture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for spreading.
  • Flatten each scoop slightly to form thin circles—thinner chips will crisp up better.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy. If using an air fryer, cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving. The chips will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  • (Enjoy these crispy cottage cheese chips as a guilt-free snack or with your favorite dip!)

Notes

✔ Use full-fat cottage cheese for the best crispy texture.
✔ For extra crunch, bake for a few more minutes or let them air-dry after baking.
✔ Experiment with flavors by adding herbs, parmesan, or chili flakes.
