  • 1/2 cup peanut butter For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Use semi-sweet, milk, dark, or white chocolate chips.
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers Gives a crunchy texture.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the Cool Whip and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Fold in the crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the mixture into small cups or drop it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Mixing can be done using an electric mixer or by hand. Don't overmix to prevent density.
