Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use Greek yogurt or Neufchâtel cheese for a lighter option.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping Homemade whipped cream can be used.

Cookie Layer

  • 36 pieces chocolate cookies (like Oreos) Feel free to use other chocolate cookies for variations.

Pudding Layer

  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk Whisk with pudding mixes until thick.

Garnish

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Dip each chocolate cookie in milk and layer the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan with half of the cookies.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate and butterscotch pudding mixes with 3 cups of milk. Let it sit until it thickens.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, cream cheese mixture, and pudding mixture.
  • Finish with whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Best consumed within 3-5 days when refrigerated. Store in an airtight container or wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Can freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
