Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.
  • Drain any excess grease after the meat is thoroughly cooked, and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  • Without separating the rolls, slice the entire sheet in half horizontally.
  • Place the bottom half in the greased baking dish.
  • Spread the cooked beef evenly over the bottom rolls.
  • Top with cheese slices and any optional toppings you desire.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese and toppings.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and sesame seeds (if using).
  • Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.

Baking

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese has melted.
