  • 2 pieces cherry tomatoes For decoration.
  • Fresh herbs For garnish; parsley or chives work well.

Preparation

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  • In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • To create a Christmas tree shape, stack the filled egg halves on a platter with some cut veggies like red bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to resemble ornaments.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs for a festive touch.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
