  • 12 sticks lollipop sticks Ensure sticks are at least halfway inserted into marshmallows for stability.
  • 1 cup sprinkles Optional for added decoration.

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • While the chocolate melts, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Coating

  • Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing on the baking sheet.
  • Immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes and optional sprinkles over the chocolate-covered marshmallows.

Finishing Touches

  • Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow and place it back on the baking sheet.
  • Let the chocolate set at room temperature, or refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
