Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in the chia seeds until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the pudding thickens.
  • After chilling, stir the pudding to break up any clumps and serve.
  • Spoon into bowls or jars and top with fruits, nuts, or granola.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Allow to thaw overnight before serving.
