Instructions
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Whisk the ingredients together until they are well blended.
Allow the mixture to sit for about 5-10 minutes, then whisk it again to prevent clumping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Once set, serve the pudding chilled and add toppings as desired.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container. Can freeze leftovers for up to 1 month.
