Preparation

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness to ensure even cooking.
  • In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
