Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • In a bowl, mix the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Spread the potato slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oven and top each slice with cheese, crumbled bacon, and jalapeño slices.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and melted.

Serving
