  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for easier blending.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Add slowly to avoid clouds of sugar.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar Adjust sweetness as desired.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Use pure vanilla for best flavor.
  • 1 cup caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade can be used.
  • 3 medium apples, sliced Honeycrisp or Granny Smith are ideal.
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional) Provides texture and flavor.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar to the creamed cheese, mixing until fully combined and smooth.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a serving dish and spread it evenly.
  • Generously drizzle the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top, if desired.
  • Serve the dip with freshly sliced apples for dipping.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Freezing is not recommended.
