Instructions
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar to the creamed cheese, mixing until fully combined and smooth.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a serving dish and spread it evenly.
Generously drizzle the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top, if desired.
Serve the dip with freshly sliced apples for dipping.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Freezing is not recommended.
