Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into fry-shaped pieces. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the sweet potato fries for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  • While fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Assembly

  • In serving bowls, layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, sweet potato fries, diced tomatoes, onion slices, and pickles.
  • Drizzle your favorite condiments over the assembled ingredients and serve immediately.
