  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Can use crushed crackers or cooked quinoa.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup bang bang sauce Made with mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.

Garnish

  • Fresh cilantro For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, roughly 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle bang bang sauce over the meatballs, gently toss to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with toothpicks for a fun appetizer option. These meatballs are versatile and can be served in sandwiches or on salads.
