  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped Use for garnish as well.

Bang Bang Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter option.
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free version.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped green onions.
  • Mix until thoroughly combined, avoiding overmixing.
  • Form the mixture into uniform meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Flip the meatballs halfway through for even browning.

Sauce Preparation

  • While the meatballs are baking, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.
  • Adjust the sriracha according to your desired level of spiciness.

Serving

  • Toss the baked meatballs in the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
