  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Preferred for better flavor control.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Fresh herbs provide best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped Use dried herbs if fresh are unavailable.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced For additional flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Brightens the dish.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • as needed Lemon wedges, for serving Adds acidity to balance richness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the herb-butter mixture.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can freeze wrapped tightly for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven to maintain texture.
