Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the croissants in half and place them cut side up in a greased baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • If using, layer the diced ham or turkey on the croissants, then pour the egg mixture evenly over them.
  • Top with shredded cheese.

Baking

Notes
