Instructions
Preparation
Toast the bread in a toaster, oven, or skillet until crispy.
Spread peanut butter evenly over one side of each slice once toasted.
Wash and thinly slice the fresh apple, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
Layer the apple slices on top of the peanut butter.
Sprinkle chia or flaxseeds over the apple slices, and add a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
Notes
