Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the chopped Honeycrisp apples and broccoli florets.
Toss the apples with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
Dressing Preparation
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
For a fluffier dressing, use an electric mixer or a small food processor.
Combine Salad
