Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 roll 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough

For the Frosting

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Toppings

  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional) It's also possible to use ½ cup mini marshmallows.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Open the roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough and press it into a large rectangle or round shape, about ¼-inch thick.
  • Place the cookie shape in your preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  • Remove the cookie crust from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange blueberries in the upper left corner and sliced strawberries to form red stripes.
  • If using, layer banana slices or mini marshmallows for the white stripes.
  • Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the fruit pizza into squares or wedges and serve cold.

Notes

Consider using a large baking sheet for a thinner crust or utilizing seasonal fruits to enhance freshness. For a healthier option, lower-fat cream cheese can be used.
