  • 1 cup Cooked rice or quinoa Use for the base of the bowl.
  • 1 cup Sliced cucumber For crunch.
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots For added texture.
  • 1/4 cup Spicy mayo Mayonnaise mixed with sriracha.
  • 1 pieces Avocado slices For creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • In a bowl, arrange a serving of cooked rice or quinoa as the base.
  • Top with cooked salmon, sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, and avocado slices.
  • Drizzle spicy mayo over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes
