  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard For a milder taste, use yellow mustard instead.
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  • Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes to cool.
  • Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  • Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks, and mix until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  • Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

Serve cold or at room temperature. Can be made ahead of time by preparing the yolk filling separately.
